We do not offer paid return labels for customers. Duties and taxes costs are not eligible to be transferred to a credit note.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INFORMATION:

We offer a 5 day exchange policy from the date of delivery for an exchange or credit note. This includes flash sale items and does not include final sale items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging. Swim bottoms must be unworn with the hygiene sticker attached to be eligible for return.

If you have received your items as a gift and are unsure of your order number, please use the link above and select returning or exchanging a gift.

If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please email hello@zuhecollection.com with photos of the issues you are experiencing. Our customer service team responds to all emails within 2-3 business days.

If you have paid the original postage cost and booked a return, this shipping cost is non-refundable.

As all of our collections are limited edition capsules, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange to will be in stock. If this item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note.



PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are shipped within 72 hours of purchase on business days in Miami, Florida. Any orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched within 72 hours from the following Monday. Please note, during sale periods or public holidays, we may experience small dispatch delays.

Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, Zuhe Collection cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you are experiencing any of these issues, please contact the courier directly.



INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES:

Please note Zuhe Collection does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Zuhe Collection will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Zuhe Collection accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. You can read more about our policy in our sales terms and conditions.



SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Shipping to the following countries is currently unavailable due to postal restrictions – Russia, Syria, North Korea and Military bases.


*Please note, Zuhe Collection will be closed for the holidays from the 26th of December until the 4th of January. If you place an order or book a return within this timeframe, please allow for an extended dispatch timeframe of 10 business days due to increased order and shipping volumes.
